Serving as M&A advisor to AmeriTex, Lift Business Advisors worked alongside Donahue Fitzgerald, who provided legal counsel. Axxiom CEO Jeremy Metzger expressed enthusiasm about collaborating with AmeriTex President Jerry Matheny and his team, praising AmeriTex’s reputation as a leading vertical-transportation service provider for major clients in San Antonio, southwest Texas, and San Francisco. The acquisition, Axxiom’s eighth, was supported by financial backing from Gauge Capital, with Ropes and Gray acting as legal counsel for both Axxiom and Gauge Capital.
